The Highfield House Hotel provides modern meeting facilities and the perfect venue for any event, meeting or launch which can cater to each individual requirements.
Meeting rooms are located on the ground floor and all have natural lighting and are air conditioned for your comfort. A lounge is also available for coffee and tea breaks for your guests to relax and rejuvenate in between meetings.
Highfield Room - maximum capacity of 150 persons in Theatre style.
Romsey Room - accommodates up to 50 persons; features a large flat screen TV.
Lymington Room – accommodates up to 50 guests within a light and airy modern space suitable for informal lunches.
